Sascha Beeler, known as Sator, grew up in São Paulo, a metropolis that shaped his fascination with diverse images and perspectives from birth. His artistic journey, which began with sketches in school notebooks, defied the pressures of adolescence, leading him to study Industrial Design at the University of Fine Arts of São Paulo.
After earning his diploma, Sator, restless in the face of uncertainty and overwhelmed by social expectations, embarked on a global journey in search of meaning in artistic expression. After more than a decade dedicated to graffiti in over 20 countries, the need to expand his art led him to the visual arts.
Studious and absorbing, Sator developed a unique style that interweaves intuitive, geometric, figurative, symbolic, colorful, and abstract elements. His goal is to influence young people, especially, by demonstrating that art can be a profound path in life.
Currently living and painting in the heart of São Paulo, Sator continues to plan his next adventures. His artistic trajectory not only reflects the influence of Concretism and Neo-Concretism, but also resonates with his intense pursuit of new techniques and materials. By focusing on creating exceptional works grounded in geometry and artistic movements, Sator reveals the convergence between his multicultural background and the unique reality of Brazil. His artistic expression is a stunning testament to the richness and diversity that surrounds him, standing out as a unique voice in the contemporary art scene.
